V&S Engineering is dedicated to quality. Our operations currently perform in accordance to MIL-45208 and MIL-45622. We have begun the lengthy process of ISO certification and anticipate news in the near future. Please see our News section for updates.

V&S added a new precision calibrating tool during the winter of 2006, a Mitutoyo B710 Coordinate Measuring Machine (C.M.M.) equipped with QC5000 operating system. This is a high capacity C.M.M. with travels over 36” (X), 48” (Y) and 24” (Z). Complete inspection reports are available for individual parts or lots. This precise and delicate instrument is the backbone to any inspection department.

Our facility has a large inspection room containing hundreds of precision measuring tools and devices. Our shop floor is loaded with hundreds of inspection tools as well. They are provided for shop use only and are calibrated daily or before every use to assure performance and accuracy. Most of our inspection products are calibrated with our C.M.M. to verify their accuracy.
